Muscle Network sets Freshman World Record
Muscle Network, a freshman son of Muscle Hill-India Hall-Garland Lobell, captured the $86,500 Walnut Hall Trot at Lexington’s famed Red Mile in a world record 1:53.2 for driver Jody Jamieson on Oct. 4, 2013. Trained by Tony O’Sullivan for owner Frank Bellino of Brpnxville, New York, Muscle Network was bred by the Silver Linden Farms of Woodburn, Indiana and raised by Peninsula Farm. He was sold privately after his first qualifier on July 26, 2013, when he finished second in 1:59.3 with trainer Roman Lobez in the sulky. This youngster now has $66,939 in career earnings from just five starts, with one win, one second and one third to his credit, and is a three-quarter -brother to Mr Web Page (by Muscles Yankee) 3, 1:54.2s ($366,248).
