Victors Vicky Wins Yonkers Open
Victors Vicky, a 7-year-old daughter by Valley Victor--Deaconess Hanover--Sierra Kosmos, captured the $32,000 Open Handicap Trot at Yonkers in 1:58.1 for driver Cat Manzi and trainer Robert Johnson. The speedy mare has now amassed $59,520 in seasonal earnings and $512,392 in career earnings for the Fabulous Farms of Verona, New Jersey.

                  PJ Clark strides wins a Horse & Groom Series divison
P J Clark, a 4-year-old son of Broadway Hall--Add A Lil Bourbon--Donerail, captured the first of three $20,000 Horse & Groom Series divisions in a career best 1:53.4. Andy Miller was in the sulky in the stallion's wire-to-wire effort, the fastest mile of the three divisions, for trainer Laura Shock and owners Hauser Brothers Racing. PJ Clark now has three wins and two seconds in six seasonal efforts and $43,100 in earnings. He boasts career stats of 6-5-3 in 22 starts and $182,248 in his lifetime bankroll.

Hurrikanebiggeorge, a 4-year-old son of Tagliabue--Over The Border--Angus Hall, finished in the runner-up spot for driver Yannick Gingras and trainer-owner John McDermott, clocked in 1:53.4, half a length behind the winner. This bay gelding has $19,230 and one victory in 2010, and a 5-11-6 record from 36 career starts with $167,039 in lifetime earnings.

Ginger And Fred Dances to Overbid Series Win at The Big M
Ginger And Fred
captured the $50,000 second round of the Overbid Series Friday night, March 12, at Meadowlands Racetrack in 1:53.3 with Tim Tetrick in tow. Trained by Ron Burke, the 4-year-old daughter of Real Artist--Graceful Motion surpassed $900,000 in earnings with the victory. She has now won 15 of 36 starts for owners Howard Taylor, Robert Feldman, Edwin Gold and Jerry Silva. She will have the chance to add to her coffers in the $123,000 Overbid Final on March 19. Ginger And Fred sold in the Peninsula Farm Consignment for $25,000 at the 2007 Lexington Selected Yearling Sale.
